This week, we joined a coalition of 26 consumer, civil rights, and advocacy groups asking federal agencies CFPB, OCC, FHFA, FHA, FDIC, NCUA and FRB to discourage lenders from reporting negative information to credit bureaus for consumers impacted by Hurricanes Fiona and Ian & to follow the credit reporting provisions of the CARES Act for those consumers.
